I have a u are u 4000b. For some reason when i scan my fingerprint i get a grayed image and an error "low image quality" "do i want to delete"?
any ideas?
i also tried the scanner with the regular digital persona test using their software and it works fine.

I am using wepos and i am running finger cap version 1.2. I am using comcash pos software.
can someone please help. i have tried everything. i also tried the same on a vista machine and xp pro. same problem.
i also tried it with the posiflex terminal with built in biometric. works like a charm. It has something to do with digital persona 4000b
I have a similar problem. I am getting an error stating: "Template extraction failed. (Error:-108)"
The image generated by the fingerprint scanner is all grayed out and does not resemble a fingerprint at all.
rollo you are using the 4.2 version, it has incompatibillity problems with the newer U are U readers .
marvgk That's why you were asked which versions you are using.
I advice both of you, downloading our newer sdk, and try it with the U are U.

I am having the same problem. I have purchased the GrFinger 4.2 SDK. Do I get a free upgrade to your new SDK?

I am having the same problem: Microsoft Fingerprint works excelent with DigitalPersonaPasswordManager, but always returns this same image when using any development kit of GrFinger.
Any solution?
