problems with unsigned SDK for Windows 7 64 bits

Dear Davi/Griaule Team:

Reading some of the messages, I found I'm not the only one with problems in using the SDK in a Windows 7 64 bit platform. As it is mentioned you can solve this problem by pressing F8 while booting and choosing the disable "Signed Driver". I haven't tried it yet, but I suppose it works, nevertheless this is not a professional way of handling this problem. My question ... When is the signed SDK going to be available to use it in  a Windows 7 64bit OS and is the SDK 2.1 compatible with this version of OS? - if not which one is it?

Thanks in advance

Dear customer,

You only need to use Fingercap 2.1 if you use Microsoft Fingerprint Reader (and we don't say that we support it on Windows 7 64 bits, here: http://www.griaulebiometrics.com/page/pt-br/fingerprint_sdk/supported_readers).

Otherwise, you just need to install the manufacturer's driver, not Fingercap, then you won't receive any message of "UNSIGNED DRIVER".

We're trying to sign this driver for Windows 7 (64 bits). As soon as itis  available, we'll let you know.
