Application executed with CreateProcess, ShellExecute and WinExec does not initialice Microsoft Fingerprint reader :(

Hi

If I start app1 with CreateProcess, ShellExecute or WinExec from app2, app1 does not initialize then fingerprint!!! :(

If I run it directly from windows It runs ok.

What could it be?
