Connecting 2 Fingerprint Readers of the Same Type ...

We need to know for a fact whether the sensorID generated by Griaule's Fingerprint SDK 2009 is always unique ...
If we plug-in 2 fingerprint readers of exactly the same model and manufacturer, can the sensor ID be used to distinguish between them? Will they generate 2 different IDs in the plug-in callback?

I have not been able to have acces to different brand of fingerprint readers... but I have try 2 Microsoft Finger print readers, and each one have a unique ID.... I have been working with an UPEK fingerprint reader too ... and i think they dont provide a serial number or unique ID to the SDK (limitation of the reader I guess) but the SDK assigns numbers to each one, if you plug 3 upek readers then the IDsensor of each one would be (Upek1, Upek2,.... UpekN) the number depends of the order in wich the reader is connected to the machine....
