  i have download the fingerprint SDK 2009 software but unable to run in my hp laptop.my OS is 64 bit 

  can u please suggest me any idea how to run it in my laptop

What OS are you using?

Please, check if you have done these steps properly:

• install Fingerprint SDK 2009;
• request, download and install a license (trial or full version);
  install the lastest version of the manufacturer's driver for your fingerprint reader;
• run any of our samples and check if it works (you can run the sample which comes with the SDK installation, located at bin directory).

If this is working correctly, could you please explain us better where are you getting this issue?

Another thing I can think of is if you're trying to compile a sample, then, you probably have to add reference to our dll again and set x86 on the compiling properties.

hi matheus,

         i am using windows 7 64 bit os in hp laptop where there is facility for finger swiping, the finperswiping software is 

        digital persona version 5.10.736 . i have downloaded the trail version it got successfully installed . the software is running properly in 

       other laptop with same facility as fingerprint swiper but the os is windows 7 32 bit. so the software is not compatible in 64bit os???? if so 

  please provide a trial version for my lptop configuration if it works i will buy licensed one

This fingerprint reader has a little issue on working correctly with Griaule's Fingerprint SDK 2009.
Please, try to follow these steps listed on this article: http://www.griaulebiometrics.com/en-us/kb/u_are_u_4500 to install the fingerprint reader driver correctly. You should install the lastest driver version instead of the listed on the article.

Our software is compatible with 64bits, you don't have to worry about that.

To get a trial version license, which can be used only for development and testing purposes, is easy.
You just have to log into your Griaule's account and then going to "My account" and request a trial license.

Dear customer,

We do not have information about this reader, but if this reader use Digital Persona driver (like U.Are.U 4000/4000B or 4500), it would work with our SDK.

Download our Fingerprint SDK 2009, download a trial license and you could try it. Because we do not have this reader here.
