Hi,
I have problem using Digital Persona 4000B device on Intel Core 2 Duo Processor running SDK 2007.
I develop a software using SDK 2007 on notebook with PIV 1.8GHz. However, when I try to deploy it on a PC with Core2Duo processor, the initialization does not go on well. The red light of 4000B device does not light up and it does not scan any fingerprint. I have also tried it with the sample application, it does not work as well.
How can I come about it?

Dear Patrick,
probably, you are using the wrong driver. Try to use the manufacturer's driver. Sometimes that error happens because the customer are using the fingercap as reader's driver.

provavelmente, você está usando o driver errado. Tente usar o driver do fabricante. Algumas vezes este erro acontecer por que o cliente está usando o fingercap como driver do leitor.
