Following the instructions in the third way of licensing of this tutorial: http://www.griaulebiometrics.com/en-us/kb/new_way_license_fingerprint you will be able to install lincenses in computers not connected to internet.

Hello, I have a different situation: having plugged the usb and ran the licensing software, it won't start up.

I can see the process in the task managar but it stops running after a quick second.

Dear customer,
You can install the license manually ,
Get the hardware key of the machines were you wanna install the licenses.
to generate licenses with the Hardware keys through our site:
click in my account  > get license > put the hadware key of the machines you wanna install.
download the license and put that in the USB,
put the usb in to machine you have got the hardware key and put the file  GrFingerLicenseAgreement.txt in to bin folder of your application.

There has been an issue when entering the hardware key in your site. My code is only 10 chars. I need 12 in order to stop getting an error. How do I proceed?
