Lentitud en el proceso de comparación de huellas

Hola a todos, yo vengo utiilizando desde hace algún tiempoel SDK 2009, pero en el sitio donde está la aplicación es un club y existen más de 5000 personas en la base de datos, y como hago un SCAN.....ENDSCAN para recorrer registro a registro se demora mucho el proceso de reconocimiento de una persona, en éste sitio exponen una caraterística del SDK y es que puede comparar hasta con 35000 huellas por segundo pero no he podido encontrar la forma de realizar una comparación uno a muchos, alguién lo ha podido hacer?..................les agradezco de antemano la ayuda que me puedan ofrecer.

Dear sir,
the matching speed is directly affected by the quality of the fingerprint image. The 35k/s matching speed on low-quality images (about 200 dpi), currently the lowest image quality available from fingerprint readers capable to offer a good comparison quality.

The average resolution from current fingerprint readers is about 500 dpi, which ensures a higher quality template, but reduces average speed to about 15k/s.
