License Issue

I purchsed the $45 license and have activated the software. The software has been fully functional for more than a week. The PC has not been modified since the installation of the software.

When I started the system up this morning, it says that the license is invalid. I really need to get this resolved and I hope there is some kind of support available. I really hate message board support for purchased software with buggy licensing methods.

I have tried to get the license again, but it tells me that there are no more credits available.

Please respond.

Ok I have countlessly rebooted the computer, and slowly have stopped some windows services on my computer. I have found that there is some software that interferes with the license method i have choosen, Network Card.

I believe that DVT's framework emulator interferes with the verification of the license method I choose.

If I start my system and startup an emulator then attempt to start fingerprint software, I get the problem with the registration verification process not recongnizing my network card and/or KEY?

When I scan the network for IP Addresses, I can find everyones except for mine when this problem exists, but I can still access the network and can still access my PC from other computers using the IP Address assigned to my computer. My IP Address shows up as 0.4.0.1 when it should be 192.168.70.XXX, in a VB app i wrote to check for network ip addresses when the problem exists (I would assume you are doing something similar to this for your verification process). Although when I check my network status, it shows the current and correct IP Address. Even doing an IPConfig from the command prompt displays the correct ip address. All other software on my PC functions properly exept this software.

Now with that said, there is obviously a bug in the verification process for this software. Yes, you can say that I know it exists and that I should not do that, but what other software out there is not compatible with your verification process, hmmm? Telling your customers that they can not run certin software to keep yours functioning properly doesnt sound rational or even ethical.

I would very much like a response to this, after all I am a paying customer. Also a patch would be nice to fix the issue.

Thanks in advance for your quick response.
