Hello!

We need some extra information to try to reproduce your problem in our test environment.

- Which product from Griaule and which version are you using?
- Which Operating System are you using?
- Which Reader are you using?
- When are you getting the error?
- Have you tried to run and compile the samples? Does it works?
- Have you tested in another PC?

Hi,

Sorry to open up an issue from some months ago, however I think I am having the same problem as tenman.

I notice that when having both Desktop Identity and Desktop Login installed and running at the same time, Desktop Login does not work. When trying to acquire a fingerprint it gives the -113 error.

When the setup is like this, I can use my fingerprint to login however I can't unlock the computer thereafter.

I believe it has something to do with the Desktop Identity "taking over" the fingerprint reader.

I was wondering if this is usual and/or if there is a fix for this.

--------------------------------------------
Here is information on the setup:
- Microsoft Fingerprint Reader
- Desktop Identity Version 1.00.0001
- Desktop Login Version 1.0.1
- Windows XP Professional SP2
--------------------------------------------

Thank you,
Alex

Hello!

Note that you cannot use two or more Griaule programs in the same computer. The fingerprint recognition is done for only one program. So you have to choose which program you will use.
