We were just wondering that upon purchasing a group of integrator licenses and installing one on a computer that has been repaired and had its unique hardware key changed, is there any way to to have the same license reinstalled on that computer ?

It depends on the kind of repair. Not all repair will change the computer's product key, only if the computer's hardware change. But once the hardware key changes, unfortunately the same license can't be used again.
If, for exmaple the hardware repair did result in a change in the computers product key, do we have to purchase a new license? My customers will not be happy, if they have just been forced to pay to repair their computer, then they find their software no longer works, and they have to pay to buy a new license. We need some way to transfer licenses, i.e. cancel one, the re-use it on another.
The same scenario also exists if a computer is retired because of a Windows upgrade.
I understand, there could be times, when someone says they have "moved" the license, when in fact they have two computers using the same one, but if you were to make the license so it expired after a period of time, and had to reconnect to your server to re-activate it, then the most they could achieve is to run two computer for a short amount of time. Don't you think this would be a fairer way to do business?

Is there a transfer process so we can cancel the current license and activate a new license on a new computer?
We have lost the harddrive of one of our computers and now how can i reinstall the license of the fingerprint sdk?

you can download it again at your "my account". You just have to remember what license did you install in your machine.

Buen dia. Tengo problema con una licencia, adquirimos una licencia para fingerprint SDK 2009, el problema es que la instale en la computadora donde desarrollamos una aplicacion para hacer pruebas con el lector, aqui el problema es que el lector lo tengo que instalar en una computadora diferente. Mi pregunta es de que manera puedo instalar la licencia en una computadora que no sea en la que esta instalada quisiera saber si se puede quitar de una computadora y ponerla en otr. El problema es que en la computadora donde la instale, no era el destino original para dicha licencia, y quisiera ver si hay manera de revocar o reinstalar la licencia, quitandola de la otra pc?
Una nota, intente revocar la licencia desde la pagina de griaule, en el apartado de "mi cuenta" con la llave de producto original, pero me dice que no es valida o no esta ligada a el producto.

Existe una cuota de revocación de licencias, usted puede revocar la licencia en nuestra página web, tenga en cuenta que la licencia se genera en base al hardware de la PC.

Have a question on licensing..
I am just an individual who wants to write some software to take advantage of a fingerprint reader for a Sunday School attendance application in a church.. If I buy the $90 "single computer" license, am I allowed to develop the app on my computer at home, and then move the finalized product to the church computer? ie: The license is just for the development environment, right?
Secondarily, what happens if I switch computers at home (like I might upgrade in a year or so to a faster computer) - Can I move that license, as long as I'm not using it on the old development computer still?

Dear customer,
You could revoke the license when you deploy your app in another PC, if you upgrade the O.S. you don't need to change any license, because it is associated with the mac address.
