SDK2009 and GrTools exception

On a client machine which has no license and no fingerprint hardware, the application loads the grfinger.dll. The Giaule icon appears on the notification bar next to the clock.

A minute or so later, GrTools.exe throws "System.IO.FileNotFoundException"

When the client machine has some fingerprint hardware installed, this exception does not happen!!

Why does this happen and how do I prevent this?

Dear client,

that could be happening because there is an application/process running on that PC that is looking for a fingerprints' reader.

If you have more doubts lets us know.
