Unable to send application for deployment

Hi, 

I have purchased a licence and developed an application. My application only captures the fingerprint from the device and stores it. 

 

Now I want to deploy this application on the client system. But it doesn't work. The same app runs on my pc .

 

Is it something to do with the licence?

 

Do I have to buy licence even to use the libraries on client devices?  I have purchased thinking I am a developer and I will use it on my development system. But what about distributing the application? 

 

Any help is highly appreciated.

Dear customer,

The license is based on the mac address of a PC, you will have to buy a license per machine.

If you have more questions, let us know.

Hi,

  I am using it for a windows tablet;

It doesn't have any internet or mac address.

Does the license has to be for each deployable system. I don't need any recognition etc.

I only need to scan a fingerprint. I am sure there must be another way, because there is a demo software(which I installed) which reads the fingerprint without any

license.
