We have a problem while using the GrFinder 4.2 SDK in my project. We tested the sample application provided along with GR Finger 4.2 samples.
The finger printer Reader gets initilaized and the "Sensorplug" event is called. The fingerUp and fingerDown functions are not getting invoked.
The application works if we load a finger image provided from the samples. But, the application does not create a image when we place the finger to the device and nothing gets updated when the finger is placed.
The application should scan the finger and display the image in the picture box once the finger is placed. Similarly, it should happen for all the users. But, currently it is not happening.
We are using MS-SQL server as the backend and dot net 1.1

GrFinger 4.2 DLL( licence type full)
Operating system : Microsoft Windows XP
Computer configuration : AMD Sempron(tm) 2400+ 1.67 GHz, 512 MB of RAM
control : AxGrFingerXLib
product : Microsoft Finger Print Reader (Model 1033)
FYI, we are not getting any error from the application but the finger is not scanned and displayed as an image. We have tested the appln in 2 systems of same configuration.
These stops us in proceeding further with the project and hence please help us to solve this issue.
