hi
i download the sdk for microsoft fingerprint reader and it is working well
but the visual basic source code is not working and whenever i run the code i have error message : unable to connect to database Error -999
any idea how to solve this problem

You have to ensure that is working the connection between application and database.

the code using access database and i did not do any thing with the code just i download the source and i run the program and i had this error message

I tried it on my computer, and it works.
Try to uninstall our software, and download it again and install.
Because we did make some updates in our software.

any idea how to install the license ???

Download your license (did you request your license with the right MAC Address?), and use our method "install license", you can found it at your "my account" (https://www.griaulebiometrics.com/page/pt-br/license_management/install_license). Then our method will install it automatically.

yes i have microsoft office 2007 and i test the code on windows vista and windows xp and i had the same problem
please see the pictures attached and you can now what i am facing when i open the source code until i have the final error -999
