Web identication / Account issue

Hello ;

I'm in intership in a firm, and working on an 2 year old project using the FingerPrint SDK.

2 years ago, the firm buy a single license of this SDK, used by other interns, with a different account as this one.

Since your website maintenance (2 days ago), I cannot reach these account (I had to reset the password of this one), and it seems the account data has been erased (pseudo, licenses ...)

I fear to do the same thing to the previous account, using for the order.

My other point is to know haw we can transfer the license from old intern to my current desktop.

Could you please help me about this matter, and check your website/customer database issue.

I was able to add a web reference to my asp.net application to the webservice and I saw two methods:

 

i. identify

ii. identify2

 

please how do i call these methods in my asp.net application?

 

can you give me the aspx codes please?

Dear customer,

 

The Griaule Framework is a webservice.

 

On the server-side: the Griaule Framework.

On the client-side: an Applet (right now we have a sample for that, we are developing a js sample)
