
Problem: The user is not being identified by GrFinger Desktop Login.
Error message(s): "Fingerprint not found. Please, try again."
Solution:
- Log in to Windows as system administrator. Use the standard username and password login procedure if necessary.
- Start GrFinger Desktop Login Manager. (Go to GrFinger Desktop Login folder at Start Menu and then, click on GrFinger Desktop Login Manager.)
- Select the user who is having trouble logging in.
- Click Edit.
- Click Reacquire Fingerprints. Please, read "Adding a user" steps 3 and 4 for further information on how to acquire fingerprints.
- Click on Edit to conclude the task.
