To buy directly from our website, you can easily purchase and perform an on-line activation of our software. Just follow the steps below.
Choosing the products
There are many ways to pick up what you want to buy. In every product page, you will see on the right part of the screen a box titled "Buy it", where you can add what you want to your shopping cart. You will find lists of products in the pricing page and shopping cart page or in the combo box at the top of this page.
Shopping cart
When you select a product, it is added to your shopping cart. You can access it from the link 
on the top of the screen. You can also set the quantity of items of each product you want to buy. To remove an item from the basket just set its quantity to zero. To start the process from the beginning, click on "Empty cart". After selecting everything you want, click "Checkout" to continue.
Checking out
After clicking the "Checkout" button, you will be transferred to the login page. If it is the first time you are buying from this site, you will click on the link "Click here to sign in". In order to assure your purchase and know who you are, Griaule will ask you for some personal information. This information will never be used for other purposes. Then, you will be given an account you can use later for license management or additional purchases. If you already have an account, please use it. We recommend you update any old data you may have before finishing the purchase.
Forms of payment
In every purchase you make, you will be asked for your preferred form of payment. We will give you two options: paypal or bank wire transfer.
PayPal
This website can also accept payments in PayPal. PayPal is a friendly money transfer site that also accepts international credit cards and some other forms of payment. Paypal handles over 800 dollars a second.
Wire transfer
Payment by national or international wire transfer is also available. After finishing this process, please make a transfer to Griaule's Citibank account. You will receive our bank information by email. After you have paid, please send us the receipt by fax or e-mail. Your licenses will be credited within three days.
Finishing the purchase
After concluding your payment in PayPal, you will return to Griaule's page.
Licensing
After buying a software license, the final step is the license file download. The licenses will be automatically credited into your account. Then, you will need to download the license file to the destination system in order to license our software. You can do this by logging into the license management page. Some products will need a license request before download, in this case the license will be available from 1-3 work days after the request. The request is also made on license management page.
