Problem: The user is being identified by GrFinger Desktop Login and is allowed to log on using just his/her fingerprint, but he/she does not log on to Windows automatically.
Error message(s): "The system could not log you on."
Solution:
- Log on to Windows as system administrator. If necessary, Use the standard username and password login procedure if necessary.
- Start GrFinger Desktop Login Manager. (Go to GrFinger Desktop Login folder at Start Menu and then, click on GrFinger Desktop Login Manager.)
- Select the user who is having trouble logging on.
- Click Edit. Retype the user's login and password. Remember to use the same login and password from the user's Windows account.
- Click on Edit to conclude the task.
