Hello,

I'm evaluating the Desktop Login product and am having trouble getting continuous communication established to the scanner. First I installed the Griaule supplied drivers, then plugged in my Futronis FS 80 scanner, and lastly installed the Griaule Desktop Login software. After the installation, if I attempt to perform an enrollment, the application prompts me to "Touch the fingerprint sensor," and shortly thereafter (1-2 seconds) produces a standard error to be submitted to Microsoft.

So, nobody can get enrolled. After I reboot, the Griaule GINA comes up with the same prompt for me to "Touch the fingerprint sensor." Then it tells me that the sensor has been unplugged. So, I press ok to close that dialog, which then brings me back to the original dialog and seconds later tells me that the sensor has been unplugged, ad infinitum.

Is there another driver or something I'm doing wrong to maintain continuous communication with the scanner?
